Warranty
- DOA Warranty: If your Culique Infrared Mask arrives with any damage caused by transport/courier, it will be replaced immediately.
- 3-Month Replacement Warranty: If your Culique Infrared Mask breaks under normal use, we will replace the item within 90 days. The cost of shipping will be charged for the return of a new item to your address.
- The Culique mat is equipped with 44 Infrared and Invisible Infrared LEDs, 24 of which are designed to be invisible to the naked eye. These invisible LEDs can only be detected with a phone camera, which confirms the mat’s functionality and effectiveness during use, even if the 24 invisible LEDs aren’t visible. Regarding warranty conditions, a single LED malfunction, such as a dead pixel, is often categorized as "normal wear and tear" rather than a defect. Typically, an LED array is considered defective only if there are multiple dead 'LED' pixels in a specific area or if they form a cluster.
- Due to sanitary reasons, the Culique Infrared Mask will not be repaired by our service center. We will always issue a new product under warranty.
Disclaimer
- The E.T.D.F.L. (ETDFL.com) Labs holds no guarantee that the Culique Infrared Mask will cure any specific Skin disorders. The Infrared Mask technology has been tested for over 3 years in the EU by researchers who have had successful results using the mask in conjunction with the RDPV4 and the Culique controller.
- The Culique Infrared Mask Technology is grounded in extensive research, however, the collaborating researchers do not guarantee that their findings or technologies will result in a cure for Skin disorders.
