Why do some of the LEDs appear turned off on the mask?
The Culique mat features 24 Visible Red LEDs (630nm) and 24 Near-Infrared LEDs (850nm). Near-infrared light is completely invisible to the naked human eye because its wavelength lies beyond our visible spectrum. Although they look unlit, they are actively emitting therapeutic photons up to 5mm deep into skin tissue. You can verify their operation by viewing the mat through a digital smartphone camera.
